Use the 1.5 Litre Airlock Fermenter to preserve almost anything. It’s tall, narrow shape is ideal for fridge storage and for tall narrow vegetables such as asparagus, carrot sticks, green beans, celery, cucumbers, and jicama and rutabaga sticks. Shape aside, it is great for preserving any small-batch vegetables like radishes, cauliflower, hot peppers, onions. Make dosas, kefir, and carrot juice in a 1.5 L jar.
